Remote Account Manager
Description & Responsibilities
As a Remote Account Manager, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, advisory), and ensure client needs are met with exceptional service. You will also identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling our services. Full training and mentorship are provided.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Previous client service or account management experience is a plus but not required
