Remote Administrative Assistant
Description & Responsibilities
As a Remote Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to our teams by managing correspondence, organizing schedules, maintaining records, and assisting with a variety of administrative tasks. You will play a crucial role in keeping day-to-day operations running efficiently. This position is perfect for organized, proactive individuals who enjoy providing support in a dynamic environment. Full training and equipment are provided.
- Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and databases
- Assist with onboarding new team members and managing internal processes
- Handle expense reports, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Previous administrative experience is a plus but not required
