Remote Claims Processor

As a Remote Claims Processor, you will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and managing client claims with accuracy and efficiency. You will verify documentation, assess claim validity, communicate with clients regarding claim status, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy structured work. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

• Review and process incoming claims in accordance with company guidelines
• Verify supporting documentation and assess claim eligibility
• Communicate with clients to request additional information or provide status updates
• Maintain accurate and organized claim records in the processing system
• Identify and flag discrepancies or potential issues for further review
• Meet processing deadlines and maintain quality standards

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with databases and processing systems
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Previous claims processing or insurance experience is a plus but not required
