Remote Client Relations Coordinator
Description & Responsibilities
As a Remote Client Relations Coordinator, you will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with our clients. You will serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery. This role involves onboarding new clients, managing ongoing client communications, and proactively identifying ways to enhance the client experience. Full training and mentorship are provided.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments
- Onboard new clients and guide them through our services and processes
- Proactively reach out to clients to assess satisfaction and address concerns
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and advisory teams to fulfill client requests
- Track and report on client engagement metrics and feedback
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key client contacts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple priorities
- Previous experience in client relations, customer success, or account coordination is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management platforms
