Hybrid Compliance Officer

As a Hybrid Compliance Officer, you will ensure that our operations adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. Working from our New York office two days per week and remotely three days, you will monitor compliance activities, conduct audits, and support regulatory reporting. This role is essential in maintaining our commitment to ethical business practices and regulatory excellence.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations
• Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews across departments
• Develop and update compliance policies, procedures, and training materials
• Investigate compliance concerns and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings
• Stay current with changes in regulations and advise leadership on their impact

• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration, or related field
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
• 2+ years of compliance or regulatory experience preferred; entry-level candidates with relevant internships considered
