APAC Contracts Counsel (Onsite – New York)
Description & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Counsel to join our legal team, focusing on the Asia‑Pacific region. You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, advise internal stakeholders on legal risks, and ensure compliance with local regulations. This role requires strong drafting skills and familiarity with cross‑border transactions.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree
- Admitted to practice in at least one US state
- 3‑5 years of experience in commercial contracts, preferably in a corporate or law firm setting
- Experience with APAC legal frameworks is a plus
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
