Remote Customer Support Representative
Description & Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional assistance across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. You will resolve client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Full training, mentorship, and all necessary equipment are provided.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve client issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved
- Identify common customer pain points and suggest process improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay feedback and improve service delivery
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently from a home office
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Previous customer support or call center experience is a plus but not required
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn new tools
