Description & Responsibilities

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide technical assistance to our New York office staff. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, set up workstations, manage user accounts, and support network infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and a passion for technology.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS, Active Directory, and networking
  • Strong problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and patience when assisting non‑technical users
  • 1‑2 years of helpdesk experience preferred but not required
