Remote Payroll Coordinator
Description & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Remote Payroll Coordinator to assist with payroll preparation, verify timesheets, enter payroll data, and support regulatory compliance tasks. You will work closely with the HR and finance teams to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. Full training on payroll systems (ADP, Paychex) is provided.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or HR preferred
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Excel and data entry
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Prior payroll experience is a plus but not required
