Coordinator – Global Recruiting Operations (Onsite – Los Angeles)
Description & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Coordinator to support our global recruiting operations. You will schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, maintain applicant tracking systems, and assist with recruitment events. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized and enjoys interacting with people.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus
- Previous HR or recruiting internship preferred
